No new legislation needs to be written. All that is needed is for America''s Parents to pull the plug on the drain. It can be done in one week, prior to our upcoming election. The politicians will have no recourse but to follow the will of the people. We will not return our kids to the public system until it is revised to our liking plus NOTHING! </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>The teacher''s union will have to represent the suddenly shaken school establishment employees, and the church/parent leaders can sit down at the negotiating table with the teachers and deal with the problem. Those suddenly unemployed from a lack of kids in the system can be retrained and hired as church teachers. If they practice the Christianity they profess, we will hire them back!</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Churches will have to reorganize a bit, and doing so makes good sense anyway. Throw away that ridiculous 501 (c)(3) number that makes you a government instead of Godly institution, and then the pastor won''t have to fear government when they stand tall against it. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #2: Develop "major media alternatives."</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>We need to expose and make common knowledge the hidden connections between people and organizations with common dishonorable goals. Speaking to your family and friends about the way the media "handles information," along with distribution of important information from the downsizing movement is a large part of the solution. </B></div> <div> <B>Each person has a "sphere of influence" with others. If you inform 10 people, with instructions that each other person inform their 10 closest allies, the information can get across this nation of ours in a hurry.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>With today''s Internet connectivity, each of us can probably send information to over 100 people easily. Joining CENSORSHIP FREE newsgroups, message boards, and other similar locations will diffuse the influence of, and circumvent, the controlled press.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #3: Diffuse Divisiveness</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Each of us, despite cultural and other differences, must take on a new attitude. If we resolve to be Americans FIRST, and "African Americans," "Native Americans," or other ethnic, social, economic and etc. "branches" or "special interest groups" secondarily, we will see clearly that the common problem is government!</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Nothing makes people work as a team faster than a crisis. When a tornado or other natural disaster rips apart a town, people coalesce quickly to help one another. If viewed in that context, the DISASTER that is our current body politic becomes crystal clear. When Americans band together to solve the problem, it will be done!</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #4: Effective and Total Participation</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>All persons with some knowledge of the political process must strive to be a part of it. Register to vote. Volunteer to work for viable candidates. Run for office yourself. Be joyful when called to jury duty, and understand your rights as a juror. Be active with campaigns and party organizations, and be a respected "go-to" for information and help. Form local "watchdog" groups where none exist, and participate at every level you can to educate your neighbors about how to properly address and fix the problems of government.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #5: Gaining Understanding & Acting Accordingly</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>It is the duty of each American to understand the meaning of the law, as well as the law itself, if we are to make any progress towards enforcing it. We must mandate, starting at the local level, that our agents obey their oaths of office to protect our individual property and other respective rights, and to hold accountable, via means which the law permits, their official conduct and behavior. We will serve on grand juries when called, and will introduce evidence of our own to obtain warrants for the arrest of officials who violate their oaths of office, and seek criminal ethics and other charges against those who abuse the public trust and/or purse.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>We will study the Constitution, our liberties that are protected thereunder, and call to everyone''s attention any violations we notice or encounter.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #6: Knowing my Congressman and Senators</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Each of us must come to know our congressional representative and 2 U.S. Senators. We must examine their voting records on the issues, and work diligently to REMOVE any who are not capable of exercising the responsibilities and mandates of their office. We will examine their honor, credibility, skills, and voting records. Where the evidence indicates they are acting outside the limits of their office, or where they are failing to represent our viewpoints, we will seek to replace them at the polls with someone who will behave and act appropriately.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #7: Developing Discernment about what is important.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>It behooves us to look to the judiciary as the branch of government least likely to be able to assist in the restoration of America. Decisions of judges are truly important only to the parties of cases brought before them, and must therefore be treated as such. There is no "case law" per se of any more significance than we assign to it. By learning the fallibility of "men," even those who have passed the entrance exam to become supreme Court justices, we more clearly can put into proper perspective the role of the judiciary to the reality of federal powers.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>We must carefully discern truth, and pick our battles with equal discretion. Corrupt judges are a major thorn in our side, but they are powerless unless we condone and sanction their actions. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #8: Dissolving Federal Jurisdiction Over Local Business</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>It behooves those of us who are business owners to clearly understand not only where "Federal" jurisdiction over our affairs begin and end, but how to prevent getting sucked into federal jurisdiction in the first place. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>The first element that sucks you in is requesting a franchise (license) or forming a corporation (typically at the state level). When you then apply for a "Federal Tax ID Number," (one of the things the state will ask of you) you are voluntarily making application to the Federal Government to become part of their voluntary system of federal taxation. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>When you apply to the state for a Corporate Charter, you are subjecting your business to the regulations of the state. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Because states are a defacto part of the Federal system via Constitutional contract, both levels of government will cooperate to "help you" within their jurisdictions. Obviously, "government help" in today''s political climate is not desirable for most entrepreneurs. They simply tax and regulate you right out of business.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Applying for grants is another way to subject yourself to the jurisdiction of the federal head. (Which, of course, you cannot do without the Tax number, and certain "corporate status" as determined by the IRS.) </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>The associated costs of participation in a federal/state licensed business, such as contributing to "employee''s" retirement (government Social Security), complying with OSHA and EPA regulations, and the myriad other elements of this current mess makes running a "legitimate" business today nearly impossible from the financial side. </B></div> <div> <B>Dropping out of the system is much more difficult than never buying into it in the first place. The proper time to think these things through is BEFORE the corporation begins transactions. Working "under the table" is almost the only way to survive without subjecting yourself to Federal control.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>In the end, far too many fledgling business owners wind up going to a legitimate element of federal authority: Bankruptcy Court.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #9: Extinguishing Ultra-vires Acts, & Actions of War Powers Presidents Pertaining to War</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>The agencies and departments of the federal government, which were created during times of national crisis (such as invasion by hostile nations) must be carefully reviewed. Those that do not serve a peace-time function should be dissolved upon the termination of the conflict.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Other agencies created by Presidential Executive Order, under any pretext whatsoever, evidence corruption of a monarchial nature by a constitutional federal officer (the President). Such acts should result in Congressional investigation of the corruption, and appropriate sanction against the Executive, up to and including impeachment and other applicable criminal charges. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Any office created by an ultra-vires act will not be funded, and will die a natural death. We must make this demand on our federal legislators. Writing them a letter, based on the later items enumerated in this Platform, should be easy for everyone to do.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #10: Countering Special Interest Lobbying</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>It behooves us to make sure OUR interests are represented by our elected officials. We must therefore participate where indicated to counter the pressure being brought forward by the well-funded special interest groups. Look at who is behind assorted legislative proposals, and take the time to give your opinion to those with your vote in their pocket. Point out those areas where supporting or opposing a proposal will be harmful to your business, family or community. Articulate the ways with professional commentary, well researched to deliver the message about which way you want your representative to stand on the issue.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #11: Require certification that each proposed law passes constitutional tests, and has been read and digested personally by the voting legislator. Suggest that "ethics" provision be introduced in Congress to your Representative.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #12: Boycott CFR Controlled/Participating Businesses, Colleges & Media; include CFR in list of disqualifying organizations for Federal Classified Service; vote out of office current CFR members.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #13: Removing the U.S. from International institutions that currently have unbridled access to our Treasury, and dictate our foreign policy, while dismantling those Congress created.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #14: Using Lawful Money</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>I will make best efforts to understand and implement sound financial policy in my own life, including acquiring and using legitimate silver and gold coinage in transactions where that is possible, denominating contracts for goods and services in terms of "lawful money" and accepting no less from those with whom I transact business. I understand that by using paper owned by the Federal Reserve corporation, I am myself contributing to inflation, and the destruction of the American economy. I will also encourage others to do likewise as much as possible, and inform them of the situation.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Item #15: Downsizing Government</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>I will make best efforts to distribute information about the agencies and executive departments of the United States Government that were either created outside of the constitutional requirements for the establishment of offices; or that exercise powers not authorized to the Congress or executive branches of the federal government. I will seek out candidates for federal office, and alert them to the research provided herein, and assure that they receive a copy. Their attitude about the content of this work will determine the level of support I provide to their campaign.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>The executive departments failing the constitutional litmus tests almost totally are the Departments of Agriculture, Energy, Education, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Labor, Transportation, and generally Veterans Affairs. Those that are a remnant of some truly authorized function of the federal government, let it be either properly applied to a necessary executive department, or established as a separate entity (like they originally were).</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>The first offices established under the Constitution, were the Department of War, the United States Marshals, the United States Mint, The Treasury Department, the State Department, and the Bureau of the Census. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>The departments that have at least some constitutional authority to exist include: Treasury, Justice, State, Defense, Air Force, and Interior. All of those can be significantly shrunk in size. The Commerce Department should be renamed the "Commerce Among the States Department," if it is allowed to exist at all. A massive restructuring should occur in Commerce (if it even stands at all since only the Bureau of the Census & the Patent/Trademark Office are ''first agencies'' of government), and a considerable overhaul should begin in the Department of the Interior as well. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration [NOAA] is potentially viable. </B></div> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
